Boat Hire Insurance Liability
Coverage includes the boat replacement value and liability coverage up to $5,000,000. In the event of an accident that results in an insurance claim, rental customers are liable to pay the insurance excess.
The STANDARD insurance excess liability payable due to an insured event whilst on hire is $5,000
Standard cover $64- excess $5000
Reduce your excess liability by 50% for an additional $31.50
Reduce your excess liability by 75% for an additional $77.75

Docking
By ticking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding docking and beach landings during my rental period:
Beach Landings: Brief beach landings are permitted at appropriate beaches. (Hop on hop off)
Approved Wharves: I am permitted to dock the vessel at the following wharves: Rose Bay marina and pontoon, Mosman Rowing Club, D’albora Spit bridge, D’albora Rushcutters Bay, Manly boat shed, Mosman marina, Roseville bridge.
Other Wharves: If I wish to dock at a wharf not listed above, I must seek prior permission from Boatique. Failure to obtain prior permission for docking at unlisted wharves will result in the voiding of my excess reduction in the event of damage.
Important: I understand that docking at unauthorised wharves may result in damage to the vessel and/or personal injury. I agree to exercise caution and good judgment when selecting docking locations.
Experienced boaters 25+ with valid license only
I understand that I must have and be able to demonstrate sufficient ability to drive, anchor, and navigate Sydney Harbour safely. I am 25 year or older and hold a valid boat license that I will bring on the day.
Boatique reserves the right to issue a refund or accompany me on the hire if I am deemed not experienced enough to operate the boat safely. If unsure please contact us before booking.
Refundable security deposit
I agree that a refundable security deposit of $1000 will be held on the card provided 2 days prior to the hire date. This deposit will be refunded within 5 days of the hire date, provided that there is no damage to the boat, excessive cleaning required, and the fuel costs have been paid in full.
