4. Confirm & Customise

Lock in your booking with a deposit (typically 25-50%), finalise catering, AV requirements, and any special requests.

5. Event Day

Crew handle everything on the day. You or a designated coordinator provides the run sheet, and the crew executes it.

Add catering ($45-$150/person) and beverages ($40-$75/person) to the hire cost for your total event budget. We provide itemised quotes so you can present clear costings to your finance team.

Tax Invoices & Purchase Orders

We issue GST-inclusive tax invoices and can work with purchase order processes. Payment by bank transfer or credit card.

Accessibility

Can we brand the boat?

Do you provide event coordination?

What about wet weather?

All corporate-grade vessels have enclosed, climate-controlled spaces. A bit of rain doesn’t affect the event — guests simply move inside. Sydney Harbour is sheltered, so cruises proceed in most conditions. Only severe weather (storm warnings) leads to rescheduling.
