  • Same Day Bookings – Accepted if booked within 24 hours. BYO food required.
  • Turnaround – Allow a 2-hour turnaround between all charters.
  • Pick-up & Drop-off – Via tender. Groups 60+ pax must use Man O'War Steps only. Tenders hold max 20 guests; for large events, staggered arrival is advised. Additional tender use: $550/hour for full charter period. Water taxis are recommended for faster boarding.
  • Vessel Access (Day Charter) – No access to lower deck or cabins unless pre-arranged. Cabin inspections available upon request.
  • Menus – Dietary requirements must be disclosed before booking. Menu selections must be finalized 7+ days before charter; otherwise, the chef’s selection applies.
  • Shoes & Bags – No shoe policy onboard. Shoes are stored securely. No bag storage, only small handbags allowed.
  • DJ’s – Allowed, but must bring their own equipment.
  • Anchorages – Available at Rose Bay, Athol Bay, Chinamans Beach, and Farm Cove.
  • Smoking – Permitted only when at anchor, and only on the swim platform with a crew member present.
  • Alcohol – RSA laws strictly enforced. Management may cease service as needed. Beverages on consumption require a credit card at the bar, with full payment upon disembarkation.
  • Swimming – 1 lifeguard required for all charters with swimming. Max 20 swimmers at one time.
  • Pool Extension ✔️ Groups 20+ pax: 6-hour minimum charter (4 hours of pool use, 2 hours for setup/pack down). ✔️Groups under 20 pax: 4-hour minimum charter (2 hours of pool use, 2 hours for setup/pack down). ✔️ Pre-arrival pool setup: From $1,500. ✔️ Pool use requires the vessel to remain at anchor.
