What is BYO boat hire — and what can you bring?
BYO stands for “bring your own” — you bring the food and drinks (and often the music), and we provide a fully crewed boat with fuel, ice, glassware and the harbour itself. Every BYO charter at Boatique includes a captain and crew at the listed hourly rate.

Beer, wine, spirits, RTDs, mixers, soft drinks, water, ice, food, platters, cake, decorations, sound system input (most boats), and your own DJ or acoustic act on approval.

Fridges and ice chests, glassware (specific to each vessel), serving plates and cutlery on most boats, sound system, BBQ or grill on selected vessels, and the crew to handle service.

Open flames (candles), confetti or biodegradable rice on most operators, fireworks (require licensed coordination). RSA rules apply — the captain has the final call.

Yes — the captain follows RSA guidelines and has the final call.
